This company is the biggest joke! No one will answer. They didn’t pay the water company 60 thousand plus dollars and lost the property I worked for.
I currently live at one of their properties in Alabama & I have called this office over 10 times and have left messages, when the voicemails aren’t full and I have yet to receive a call!
Resident at Legacy at the Parkway in Memphis tn has been awful. They don't fix anything, their never in the office, never answer the phone, can't contact Corporate to complain on poor Management.
This is the worst company that i have ever dealt with. Its going on two months i have moved from Legacy at the lake montgomery al and I have yet to receive my deposit back. No one wants to give direct answers. All they want you to do is call corporate but they never answers the phone. And they email address is not even legit.
