Leticia from legacy parking is the rudest and most incompetent person they could possibly have hired for this job. There were 5 cars waiting for over 30 minutes to get out and instead of helping us when we called she argued and berated us. The call is recorded so I hope her bosses listen and respond accordingly.
I recently had an incredible frustrating experience a this garage. I booked this through SpotHero and when I tried to exit the machine demanded I paid an additional $45 despite my full prepayment. I pressed the help button to get assistance, but the staff was completely unhelpful and ended up verbally abusing me instead. I was left feeling extremely uncomfortable as there was a line of aggressive drivers. I like this parking lot because of the Qiao Lin Hot Pot. They have $5 4 hour parking validation, cheapest parking in downtown Chicago
