I have been living here for a few months now but it seems to me that they take care of everything. When I call for any problems it gets fixed quickly.

Ive been living here for 18 months, and love it. When something needs fixing I call and within a day, two at the most - depending on what it is, the maintenance guy shows up and fixes things quickly. Im quite pleased with living here.
I would not recommend this place at all. Keep searching! All my years of renting I have never dealt with such a bad experience as I have at Legacy Park-they are so quick about collecting rent on a timely matter but they dont want to do the repair and upkeep to keep the apartments current. Apply for a mortgage....you get better results!
