We had a terrible experience today with childcare facility. I am a brand new member and have taken my 2 year old twice so far. The first time was on Friday, August 17th 2018. Things went relatively well, there were three ladies working. Two of them did not speak but one of the ladies was very kind, she greeted me and spoke to my 2 year old to build some rapport with him.
