Where is our HOA? I understand that some families have jobs that require them to drive 18-wheelers and trailers, but it’s unacceptable that they’re parked on the busy street and haven’t been moved for over two days now.
My main issue is with the 4-bed/2.5-bath model. D.R. Horton put an obnoxiously LOUD AC condenser right outside of the master bedroom. And I mean LOUD; every time the AC kicks on (every 10 minutes, right?), it sounds like an engine starting right next to my bed. This happens even throughout the night when I am attempting to sleep. Loved it when we first moved in. But 🤦♀️ Six months later, hvac went out- ????? Among all the other things not expected in the new year. Oh well
This neighborhood is not kept up dogs not on leashes People barely tend to their yards. Very disappointed
