Luckily our home has been okay, but the neighborhood is not being up-kept. It’s poorly managed, oh and HOA? Non- existent they never answer emails or phone calls. Side walks have some kind of oil residue which makes them slippery and dangerous. I don’t know who did the sidewalks in this neighborhood because they did a poor job of making them. Overgrown lawns are everywhere, what’s the worst part is that it looks like a truck stop here! There’s 18 wheelers parked here over night every week on the main road! Completely obstruc... read more
