This apartment complex gets worse every day. My stove keeps breaking down every month and it takes them 3 to 4 days to fix and kids are starving whenever it breaks down and am away for 6 days out of the city job. Last month 7/26/25, I put in a maintenance request for same stove break down and till today 8/26/25, nothing has been done, I have to go buy electric pot to cook for kids. This is the worst apartments to live in they are raggedy and falling apart, it’s cretters in walls and they some how make it inside that apartments. Their maintenance team never fix anything I told them the oven was acting up They waited a week and it ended up catching on fire which could have burned the place down, sinks is handicapped and I caught Covid from their nasty gym, the gates neverrrr work which cause a lot and dangerous access and always car break ins. I’ve had such a great experience living here! Sandra and Ceci are absolutely amazing—they go above and beyond to help residents, even when their plates are full. They’re always kind, responsive, and truly care about the people who live here. I really appreciate everything they do. It makes such a difference and shows that they genuinely want the best for everyone. Thank you both so much!
