***THE BELOW ARE MY OPINIONS BASED OFF MY EXPERIENCES WITH THE HOA*** I would give zero stars if I was able to. The HOA for this complex is horrendous. They don’t keep up with basic maintenance on the property, yet they have time to patrol the neighborhood at night and harass people by placing stickers on their windows stating they will be towed over minor oil leaks. Clean complex. The grounds are inviting. Quiet area. This is in a part of town that is perfect for families, and located close to everything.
Hi. This are a great Condominiums in a great location but they need to be updated on more windows efficient noise because you can hear every car pass by. Legacy palms Should upgrades the windows on a condominium before they sold one. & upgrade the post office boxes. Thank you.
