This review is more about the Legacy Pain Management program and department than it is about Dr. Schrattenholder. Dr Schrattenholder is very conscientious , professional and kind. His nurse Katie is exceptional but Stacy the Medical Assistant was unprofessional and disrespectful which was the icing on the cake. After a 1 1/2 years I’m exhausted having to push through the cumbersome system to get what I need as a patient and without any pain relief. Dr Schrattenholder is very conscientious and his Nurse Katie is exceptional but Stacy the Medical Assistant was unprofessional and disrespectful and told me "well you can just do it yourself then" when I told her I was going to call the insurance company to try to speed up the prior authorization process which she erroneously told me would take 10 days. The insurance company was more helpful than Legacy and said they would try to rush the authorization. After a year and a half I’m tired of having to work too hard to push thr... read more
Dr Yi. Its been 6 yrs of hell untill yesterday. I hurt and am sore after the surgery ( you burned the nerves in my neck). You n your staff have not treated me like the monster i felt like i had become due to the pain and i feel like there is now a good chance of acting human again after i heal up. Thank you so much for this. Even though it needs done again, there will be a break in a never ending storm of skreeching n screams that i can now sit in silents and hear my wife n friends for the first time in forever.
