They are all nice and helps you with whatever is going on
This clinic is terrible. Let's start with making appointments or even reaching anyone at the front desk, nearly impossible and takes several attempts and sometimes days to get a return call. They are not welcoming or friendly, no matter how hard you try to connect with them. Even if you get an appointment that is several weeks out, it is often canceled, rescheduled or they are late and not by just 5-10 minutes. This review is more about the Legacy Pain Management program and department than it is about Dr. Schrattenholder. Dr Schrattenholder is very conscientious , professional and kind. His nurse Katie is exceptional but Stacy the Medical Assistant was unprofessional and disrespectful which was the icing on the cake. After a 1 1/2 years I’m exhausted having to push through the cumbersome system to get what I need as a patient and without any pain relief.
