We have only been in for a consultation but everything went well. While we didn't need anything done just yet, the doctor and staff were very helpful and explained what we were looking at in the future. Dr. Crain was super nice (to us and the kiddo) and took the time to explain what all was going on so our son could understand as well. They have video games/computer to keep kids entertained while you wait...but don't expect to be waiting long. He treats many many patients. I had my braces from 7th grade until just before 11th grade. All of my appointments took no more than an hour, and my teeth are completely straight now. He is very skilled, careful with his work, and timely during appointments. Excellent orthodontist.
He is a kind man and very knowledgable, gentle and expert. Completely fixed my daughter's teeth. She had teeth growing behind other teeth and a severe overbite. I am going to take my son there when it is time for him to have orthodontics. I think orthodontics are expensive in general but he is in line with other orthodontics on price and never has any "pressure" sell type tactics
We love Dr. Crain and Staff!! They were so helpful from the planning stages to the day our daughter got her braces off, and now she has the most beautiful smile EVER!! Dr. Crain explained the process in great detail to me and my daughter, included the length of time and what she would need to do to get her smile looking like a million bucks. Dr. Gerald Crain is a wonderful orthodontist. He has treated all three of my children with incredible results. I'm very pleased with their beautiful smiles. Dr. Crain is professional, knowledgeable, and his staff is very friendly. They always explain my child's treatment needs very thoroughly. I refer all of my friends and acquaintances to Dr. Crain, and highly recommend him for children and adults!!
Looking for an Orthodontist in Collin County? We have been patients with Dr. Crain since 2002. He is very professional and is great with kids of all ages! Both my boys have had retainers and braces and we would not even consider taking our business elsewhere. In fact even after we moved, we now drive 25 miles to do business with him. I highly recommend Dr. Crain!
