Dr. Conti has always been more than accomodating for me and my friends that are also patients. One example I can recall was a time Iwhen I was the very last appointment of the day and was running 15 minutes late. I called to inform the front desk I was running late and even though I showed up after hours, Dr. Conti was very kind and patient and did her job like she would any other time of the day. The office manager advised me that they didn't have information on my daughter's treatment plan (that only the doctor did) and that the doctor didn't take phone calls. Really?!?!?!?
