Terrible when you can't see out the lenses and you gave told them an they insist to adjust frames on glasses you know when you can se out of lenses or no I can barely do my work on computer I can't drive with them getting Terrible headaches They wanted to adjust frames again I will not be back when I went you have to request to see eye doctor if you dont know that well you get an exam and not from doctor I signed a paper didn't now it was for not seeing eye doctor Picked out a pair ND the thought they were nit Grammy enough ... read more

I'm new to Susanville and the lens on my daughter's glasses came out. I have been trying for a week to fix them myself with no luck. Now I'm frustrated because she needs them. I found Legacy Optomerty through a Google search. We are not patients here but I still went in and explained my problem and asked if they'd be able to fix them for me. Love Everything About Legacy optometry… In Susanville! My first visit was one year ago 2024 in January and everyone was so professional and helpful… The state of the art equipment in examining rooms was so much different than all of my appointments over my past 20 yrs in Reno NV.
