Maintenance Team is non existent I’ve lived here for about 8 months and my apartment had problems like broken ceiling fans, etc. but maintenance never came to fix anything. I called at least once every month and I have yet to see any maintenance person. The property manager is also rude and lies but the other people in the office are friendly. DO NOT MOVE This place is horrible just doing research I can see why the keep changing their names because of multiple negative reviews. My mother in law resides here and this place is terrifying people selling drugs and gambling right outside the complexes. The steeet lights working the complex are not bright enough. Anything can happen. Not to mention she experienced a water leak coming from the upstairs neighbor and nothing was done about it besides them trying it with fans which increased her electric bill. DO NOT MOVE This place a rip off. They never fix anything over charge you for living. I have tried to talk to the lady and she has a nasty attitude the place dirty they have bed bugs. Their maintenance guys go into your home while you not there to see what you have. Rent past due is the 5th but you will have court order papers on you by the 10th. The do not have most of the stuff they say. The pool does not get clean properly. I'm just here to help anyone who looking into moving I do not recommend this place to anyone.
They suck The ELECTRICITY Bill is RIDICULOUS, THEY DON'T FIX NOTHING, THERE IS A LOT OF MOLD, THE WATERBUGS ARE OUTRAGEOUS TGEU GREET YOU AT THE STEPS, CARPETS ARE NOT PROPERLY CLEANED OR REMOVED FOR THE NEXT TENANT, IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY, THIS PLACE AND MANAGEMENT ARE STRAIGHT UP SLUM LORDS IT SHOULD BE CONDEMNED AND REBUILT. Bad maintenance. The dishwasher and disposal always stop working. They don't come with washers and dryers like it says. The dog park is filthy. The crime is high around here. It's infested with bugs(roaches) in every building. The a/c doesn't work. The rent is always being raised. It's just not a good place to live. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Terrible place to live. Will be moving as soon as the lease is up
DO NOT MOVE HERE This place is filthy! All of the buildings are infested with roaches and ants! They never fix anything. We've been living here fore two years and they haven't fixed the patio door that's been broken since we moved in. Weve had doors literally fall off the henges tht we've been complaining about since October of 2016, it is now may of 2017. Place is horrible Drug activity is seen all over the property. They say there is a policeman on the property but you NEVER see him. The people who work in the office are rude, lie, and, in short, just do not do their jobs. They do not fix things that are wrong in the apartments and get mad at you if you complain. The electric bills are ridiculous and will cost you anything that you might save in rent by moving there. There is trash all over the property, and bugs everywhere - lizards, ants, and roaches.
Poor Management The women who work in the office will make mistakes when applying your payments. They will say you did not pay, did not pay on time, etc. They will, in turn, charge you fees and tell lies on you. They are very unprofessional to say the least. The apartments have pest problems (roaches everywhere!)plumbing problems, and the heating/air units are so old that your electric bill will be astronomical. Choose Wisely The complex is Veteran friendly. However that is correct only for the New side the older side is much older and vey cdefective I have lived here for 3.5 years and have paid over $10,000.00 for utilities. management will not help me figure out why
