Appreciate friendly and courteous staff who provided pickup and delivery of my truck. There was an issue with the coolant system, staff sent a short video of the problem. It was ready the next day.
This location may function well as a repair shop, but as a dealership, the pricing on their used cars is unreasonable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere, especially if you’re able to make the drive to another used lot. I had a great experience. I was going to have Legacy in La Grande do some work on my expedition. On my way to Pendleton for something else we started having another major issue that couldnt wait and wouldnt allow me to driveto LG. I called La Grande. Then called Pendleton. Then they called each other. They sent someone to get the parts for my rig from LG, and Pendleton was able to get me in quickly.
