I love this place. yeah the teas and shakes are amazing but the people are like none other. never judgemental all helpful with any kind of nutrition questions you have. oh yeah and they never get tired of me just walking in to check my weight lol.

It is hard for me to get out and be social. This amazing little place makes me feel welcomed everytime I step through that door whether I am just there to chill for hours on end or a quick stop for a pick me up. When you need a friend most this is the best place with the best people. Never a dull moment, but also a calm and relaxing type of place. Thank you.
