I was the first customer today and was greeted by a quite unfriendly woman who was condescending in her approach. Today marked the 3rd time I have given this nail spa a chance. Each time, I vowed to never return, but this time I mean it. My gel polish manicure and pedicure were done by an amateur. Granted, he was the most pleasant person I encountered; however, I demand excellent customer service AND skillful service. Never again will I return.
