Very clean, staff was very polite, Adam did a fabulous pedicure!! Very kind and did an excellent job, thank you!!
Wow 38.00 for basic pedicure. Never paid that price anyway. I won’t be back.
I left a review, explained how rude the guy who did my nails was telling me I needed to relax my hands and forcefully moving my hands, fingers, and wrists around while audibly huffing under his breath. You responded my telling me he recently had a stroke which created limited mobility in his face. I’m sympathetic for what he’s going through (both of my grandparents went through the same), but it does not excuse the fact that he treated me terribly and did a poor job performing the service I paid for. If I could give zero stars I would! Worst place I ever chose! As I first walked in, the service was horrible. I made an appointment with the tech named Elena and received someone completely different. I came to this place because my hometown tech wasn’t available and I needed a manicure for Christmas. At first I didn’t mind the different tech, but I was quite disappointed that they didn’t even follow the appointment specifications.
