I don’t recommend this spa. The lady working on my fingernails looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her to put another coat of nail polish on my fingernails because the color turned out to be visibly lighter than the same polish that was used on my toenails. The other workers there had to convince her to put another coat of polish on my fingernails. I apologized to her and told her that I didn’t want to cause any inconvenience to her. If I could give zero stars, I would. Paying $140 just to be treated poorly is completely unacceptable. The nail tech, Julie, was extremely rude and unprovoked with her attitude—she is lucky I kept my composure and handled the situation with maturity. Sitting there while staff talk about you right in your face in another language is entirely unprofessional. If you have something to say to a customer, say it to them directly. Absolute scam artist!! I took my 14 year old daughter to get her nails painted because it's a fun treat for her. I stated that we wanted regular nail polish .. After 2 attempts to upsale me didn't work, they ended up charging me $35 dollars to paint her nails with regular polish a single color...I paid it, didn't want the cops called on me but I felt really robbed. Will never go back.
