Linda and her team were very helpful during our home buying process. They worked hard to underwrite our loan since we didn’t have traditional credit. My only complaint is that they did not let us know they would not be able to offer us a 15yr loan (due to our lack of credit) until we had already made an offer on a home. If I had known this sooner, I would have looked more for other lenders. Otherwise the rates they offered on 30 yr loans were quite competitive.
From beginning to end we had an excellent experience with Linda and her team. They are always available for any questions we have and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our mortgage experience.
