Making contact would be a start. Sent my application & all my info 6 weeks ago and still not one word from Niki. Her assistant did respond and aggressively & rudely told me I basically had no business applying without a large down payment. Asked about first time buyers or down payment assistance programs and was not given info. Guess my application was too messy to work with. Thanks anyway.
They pulled my credit wthout my consent. They NEVER answer the phone and they just had 5 employees walk out on them because apparently they were doing shady deals. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will ruin your credit!

The home buying experience can be very intimidating. We had bad experiences with other lenders, but as soon as we met The Salter team we knew we were in good hands. Niki did an awesome job explaining everything, especially since we were first time buyers. Never felt pressured. Being a working family who is always on the go; the Salter team worked hard to accommodate our schedules. Seriously the best home buying experience.
