All the staff is very friendly and very helpful! Been here multiple times and had a great experience each time.
Absolutely ridiculous wait time. Walk-in basis and people called completely out of order. Waiting over an hour to get labs done. Completely a waste of time. Could have gone to Adventist and come back in the time it took to check in and get called back to give sample.
In Building 4 the office on the right that does different life saving procedures. Went in last week. My husband was having a procedure and we were not sure if this was the right location and as she asked his name I asked my husband something..this horrible woman snapped at me. "I am asking for his name she snapped at me in a nasty tone." She should be talked to, all people should be treated with dignity and respect. I am greatful I go to Providence. The staff were friendly but the needle hurt, and after I get home my vein feels like it’s popping when I straighten my arm and the pain radiates up my arm a ways, think they hit a nerve :(
LabCorp, I've had a disappointing experience with the receptionist who seemed entitled and rude. Please prioritize patient care and empathy. Treat patients with kindness and respect, as you would want for your loved ones. Think about how you'd want to be treated if you were in our shoes.
