Kim and Shawna are my saving graces!!! Kim was the first therapist who I really connected with (and I have tried many!!). She has helped me through so many challenging times, and I never once felt judged by her. I always felt so supported and validated when having our sessions. I have been seeing going to Kim for EMDR and l found it’s helping me heal my past traumas. I found seeing Cat Cam for Spiritual alignment and grounding after a session of EMDR helped me significantly process my EMDR session almost instantly. It’s a brilliant idea, if one has to go back to the past to time stamp traumatic event(s) , to come back from the minds journey with a grounding and body experience immediately after. Certainly a dynamic approach to mental health!
Cathy makes me feel seen and heard, safe, and empowered. She has given me practical tools that I can call on at any time to reduce my anxiety and retake control of my situation. I'm so grateful to have found her!
VALIDATING, SUPPORTIVE, HEALING. Kim has the ability to get to the core of dis-ease. I had suffered from a TBI several years ago. I had noticed a severe memory loss, cognitive struggle, and higher levels of mood swings. I invested in her NEURO FEEDBACK services… LIFE CHANGING!
