I posted this on Legacy Imaging 2 days ago and just realized wrong group. I have been coughing for over 2 weeks. Came see doctor Moore twice less than a week. Yesterday, the doctor said he will get me my cough medication and depend on x ray will get me my antibiotics. I asked him will someone notify me of my meds available before the end of the day after they have reviewed my x ray. Yes and yes. Dr. Hughes Is AWESOME!! It's the only reason I would choose this location!! Today, was the final straw for me when Tina, who answered the phone, was extremely rude, did NOT listen and was dismissive. She was extremely impatient, lacked any emphathy or professionalism to talk to anyone in the manor she did. I'd love for someone to go back and listen to this call and the condescending tone she used. Some people just do not deserve jobs!
