Absolutely love my new primary care physician - Katherine Vestakis. She actually takes her time to talk to you, listens and addresses health issues without just prescribing another pill. Proactive on health care and treatment.
I went into this ER on 4/23 with a complaint of severe ankle, knee, and hip pain. My pain level was 12/10. There was a young man not in pain who took up all of the seats. I glanced at him and the Latina girl working behind the desk challenged me and said “DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM???!!!!” I was a nurse for over a decade and if I saw this, SHE WOULD BE FIRED. DO BETTER.
The staff is helpful and patient. The waiting room and back halls/rooms are always clean and quiet. I'm so happy I found a great doctor at such a nice close location.
