Surgeon was amazing but on the clerical side of everything they fail a lot. No call backs, lack of coordination and overall added stress to an already stressful situation.
Zero customer service skills. An unability to organize themselves and the fact that they want to send me 12 miles away from where I live for an ultrasound when they have ultrasounds at the Mount Hood legacy. Don't waste your time!
