I’ve been seeing Dr. Arthur Haffey for a few years now and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with him and his team. I came to Legacy Neurology after several really negative experiences with another neurology team, so I was really nervous. But Dr. Haffey and his team are easy to get ahold of them, they take me seriously, help me work with my insurance, and I feel overall that I am in good hands.

I received a voice message about my dad who needed to call them back. Being concerned, I called back soon after and the lady on the phone sounded very rude and asked me how to redirect my call. I told her that I got a call from this lady telling me to give her a call back about my Dad and she told me she doesn’t know how to help me. I told her that I got a call from this lady (not gonna say her name) and that she wanted me to give her a call back. The reviews here are accurate. Vote with your and your insurances dollar and go somewhere else. They never call you back leave you in the phone tree for hours and then hang up on you. Lost our referral. Once resubmit they then placed us on a 3 to 4 week hold because it's not urgent. We got our PCP to put in yet another referral that was urgent. Weeks passed no phone call nothing. I call "sorry sir your referral was denied we aren't except outside parents at this time". Then why didnt you call and tell me that weeks ago. What... read more

Lost my referral for 3 weeks, got hung up on twice while trying to deal with it. Takes 14 days to “process” said referral (aka type it into a computer) and then six months to see someone. Absolutely incompetent staff. If I’m still alive when I can finally see a doctor I hope they’re better at their job than the schedulers. Really wish Legacy gave a crap about caring for patients.
