I have had the best experience at this clinic from everyone I’ve seen so far. From the reception desk to the nurse who drew my blood. I know that most of us come here due to being high risk, usually this is not the place you want to be. I have nothing but great things to say about my care and experience here. Morgan was our genetic counselor and she’s been awesome. She answered all our questions and made sure we were prepared for what was ahead and laid out all of our options for us. I had an ultrasound appointment with Kelly today—it was my first time seeing her. Out of all the technicians I’ve encountered across multiple appointments, she was by far the most professional. Kelly was attentive, thorough in collecting the necessary information for the analysis, and efficient—she didn’t keep me longer than needed. On top of that, she was incredibly friendly and kind. Kelly, is the ultrasound tech I have had several times. I am super disappointed by my ultrasound experience both times. I get she does this work every day but a lot of us come to this office full of emotions (excited & looking forward to the like 2 ultrasounds we get throughout our pregnancy or feeling nervous/scared if you’re high risk). It really puts a damper on the experience when someone like her is unfriendly, briefly explains what she is doing or looking at & if you ask her questions, her answers are dry and short.
