I was trying to make an appointment with a woman named Shirley through outpatient therapy. And I just got hung up on mid conversation after she got upset with me because I didn't have a referral number right off of my chart. Little did she know I'm a veteran and that's not how the VA works. I have to give them the reference number. Lady, not only were you awful to me, you put out the fact that you do not respect veterans or your patience. Do not come here if you can they're very rude and impatient
I recently broke a bone in my lumbar spine due to a horse-related injury. I've seen several healthcare providers since this happened and Dr. Hinton is among the best. He really listened to me and included me in my own plan of care. Dr. Hinton has excellent bedside manner. My mom and I were happily surprised by the quality care I received. I suspect he's one of the most exceptional, trustworthy residents at this clinic and highly recommend him to anyone needing a new PCP.

Terrible clinic. Labwork completed and waiting 6 weeks+ to see my primary physician. Don't choose this group. + Had to drive to Mnt Hood for surgery (45 minutes) NW Legacy is 3 blocks away. Misleading me to think I'd be able to get hernia surgery in NW.
It took me an hour in the room just for them to tell me something that doctors have cured before was “normal”. Instead of referring me to someone that specializes in my condition. They said they don’t know what else to do and tried to send me along my way. Instead of trying to get blood test done, I had one of the resident physician tell me she can just tell I don’t have any problems.
