They will make up excuses to cancel your appointments last second and will do very little to help you. I was needing to get and Emotional Support Animal Letter, something simple, so I can move apartments next month. They canceled my appointment on me twice. The first time they claimed I had to see a primary care physician so they scheduled a new appointment. They then canceled it and gave a BS excuse that I couldn't see a new doctor and had to wait over a month. The lack of caring or care provided at this office is atrocious... read more

This review is for Orthopedic and Sports Medicine which is on the second floor. I figured someone might be more likely to reply to this review if I posted it here. Although I've had a great experience with providers in this office, my significant other hasn't. Dr. Nyugen was very dismissive of my spouse and they had to practically beg for help. I was really glad to have found this close by to where I live, because I first went over to Legacy Medical Group NW for a few years until my PCP left. Thankfully, the staff there are really nice, and I love that my PCP doesn't over-medicate but is willing to listen to my concerns. And, with telehealth, they can send my vitals over for my next visit. And, since they use the MyChart portal, I can see live updates on my phone the instant they put it on their computer!

I’ve been trying to get scheduled for weeks now. My doc in Gresham is leaving the clinic, so we decided it was time to move care over to where we now live. Called this clinic (the one my old doc recommended) was told they would have to call me back to schedule the appt…okay fine but I work FT, they called, big surprise…I missed the call. I have been a patient at Legacy medical group on Cornell for over a year. I was first established with Dr. Wilson. When she left the group, I was given the choice to be transferred to one of the other two Doctors. I chose Dr Bhat. Dr Bhat is very thorough during his assessment. His PA is Sachell. He is as thorough as Dr Bhat. Drs are available to him if he needs to consult regarding patient care. I have had wonderful care by this group.
