I had physical therapy (1960 NW 167th Pl - Beaverton) for meralgia paresthetica (numbness in upper thigh). I was not impressed with the exercises that I was given. Nasal breathing - what does that have to do with thigh numbness. I went online & found more specific exercises on YouTube & internet. Appointments were very expensive ~$350/appointment. For that price, I was expecting more & better than what I found on the internet.
