I came all the way in, waiting in traffic for 45 minutes, and as I walked through the door, they told me my appointment was canceled. I rearranged my whole schedule to fit this appointment in.
I was in the er for a women's health emergency. I was referred by the ER to this clinic, to get in asap, as I need their specific surgeon. They can't get me in for a couple months. That's unfortunate, but understandable. What I'm writing about is the receptionist who answers calls. Every time I've talked to her, about three times, she's been incredibly rude. I'd daresay mean. I had seen Dr Claire Gould for years. She is absolutely wonderful I'm sure most of the doctors are As far as the supervisor not only did she cancel the appointment because they made a mistake that I was supposed to be on the on call only list because I didn't show up for an appointment or didn't call in time. My husband died January 23rd my appointment was in April of 24 my gosh I was out of my mind I didn't come to the doctor's office and so 2 years later almost they're not letting me see the urologist.
