I had seen Dr Claire Gould for years. She is absolutely wonderful I'm sure most of the doctors are As far as the supervisor not only did she cancel the appointment because they made a mistake that I was supposed to be on the on call only list because I didn't show up for an appointment or didn't call in time. My husband died January 23rd my appointment was in April of 24 my gosh I was out of my mind I didn't come to the doctor's office and so 2 years later almost they're not letting me see the urologist. The customer service at this particular Legacy clinic is awful. Their front office staff is not properly trained and continuously provides wrong information, which adds unnecessary stress to patients. They also don't seem to have a good process for addressing patients' concerns, so it is highly unlikely that their service will improve anytime soon. I would not trust them with my care.
