I stopped by this clinic today to pick up a referral when an aggressive patient began speaking very loudly and using vulgar language towards the front receptionist. This patient continued to cause a scene in the front lobby screaming profane words to what appeared to be a family member. I must say that the staff did an amazing job deescilating the situation. My husband and I arrived 25 minutes early because we are new patients. However, we ended up canceling the appointment after waiting for an hour in the waiting area. They said that it was because of our insurance (UT select) and that we were new patients. No other place has taken this long to get us to see someone. If you are also looking to see a doctor (MD), this is not the place. They only have PAs. The front desk staff said the doctor doesn’t really see patients and that she’s only on-site once every month or two.
