Woke up to 58 degrees in the house. Call a heating and cooling contractor that was close by. Within 5 mins of the tech showing up I could tell he was trained to sell. He was trying to sell me a new furnace before even looking for the problem. I’m no dummy and knew it was an igniter problem. Plumber was respectful got the job done quickly and explained everything. Customer service they moved around jobs to get me added to the day. However when discussing prices they failed to mentioned paying for "hidden" fees. I would recommend this company, again, however would warn them about hidden fees.
