Their truck tailgated me at the West Perimeter this afternoon, wanting me to drive faster than the little more than the speed limit I'm driving. When I was able to move to the right lane it moved to right lane and brake checked me and slowed down. When I tried to overtake it swerved towards me to prevent me from overtaking. Do you want people who drive like this to work on your home or offices?

Woke up to 58 degrees in the house. Call a heating and cooling contractor that was close by. Within 5 mins of the tech showing up I could tell he was trained to sell. He was trying to sell me a new furnace before even looking for the problem. I’m no dummy and knew it was an igniter problem. He was telling me it was probably a board problem but didn’t know for sure. He finally took out the igniter and cleaned it up a bit, put it back in and the furnace was working but said it probably won’t last long and I should consider a n... read more

Plumber was respectful got the job done quickly and explained everything. Customer service they moved around jobs to get me added to the day. However when discussing prices they failed to mentioned paying for "hidden" fees. I would recommend this company, again, however would warn them about hidden fees.
