Terrible terrible company. Avoid! They sent out a technician who had no clue what he was doing. We hired him to fix our hrv but he never did. It never passed inspection and we had to hire another company to get it fixed properly. Also the other company they knew exactly what they were doing and charged half the amount. Because we didn't have to pay this guy hourly for being on his phone and pacing around the house not knowing how to fix it
Their truck tailgated me at the West Perimeter this afternoon, wanting me to drive faster than the little more than the speed limit I'm driving. When I was able to move to the right lane it moved to right lane and brake checked me and slowed down. When I tried to overtake it swerved towards me to prevent me from overtaking. Do you want people who drive like this to work on your home or offices?
Woke up to 58 degrees in the house. Call a heating and cooling contractor that was close by. Within 5 mins of the tech showing up I could tell he was trained to sell. He was trying to sell me a new furnace before even looking for the problem. I’m no dummy and knew it was an igniter problem. He was telling me it was probably a board problem but didn’t know for sure. He finally took out the igniter and cleaned it up a bit, put it back in and the furnace was working but said it probably won’t last long and I should consider a n... read more
