They are impossible to work with, contact or get any information from on a regular basis. One of the worst property management companies I have ever worked with.
Do not under any circumstances rent from Legacy Management. Far and above the worst property management group I have ever rented from. I had two repair issues in my apartment a garbage disposal that would spray water whenever it or the dishwasher would run and the caulking around the bathtub had separated and water would leak into the walls behind the tub.
