Do not rent from this company. They will not keep up the property but they will continue to raise the rent each year. So many things happened to us in the course of the 5 years we lived there it was insane. We are told we would get new carpet after 4 years and new paint. But they don’t do that for occupied homes. They left that part out when we were moving in. So you’ll never any type of upkeep. Runaway! Run away now!!! If anything. Happens they will never take responsibility. You’ll be on your own! So run!!!
