Like it here quiet friendly tenants and personnel is friendly and courteous
Rented with the company for 2 years. Most of which was okay until things weren't okay. Biggest problem, the basement to the house that we were renting flooding twice in 2 years. First time happened about 6 months in our first year. Maintenance came out we pointed everything out that got damaged from the flood like the carpet, drywall, and doors. Water was extracted and the dehumidifier and heater ran to dry everything out. The doors swelled out and rubbed the carpet. I advised all these damages and none of which were address... read more
Dina is awesome and very passionate and understanding
I been leasing from them for 4.5 years Dina the Manager is very professional,and she takes good care of needed maintenance on the properties. All the staff there have been good to me.
Been at the reserves of fort mitchell don't move here they won't help your problem plus they have bedbugs trashcans & be decorated as pretty as you would like but they still stink like crap don't trust them
