I been leasing from them for 4.5 years Dina the Manager is very professional,and she takes good care of needed maintenance on the properties. All the staff there have been good to me.
Been at the reserves of fort mitchell don't move here they won't help your problem plus they have bedbugs trashcans & be decorated as pretty as you would like but they still stink like crap don't trust them
Unprofessional and unhelpful. Do not rent with this company. I complained about a property we rented and tried to work out a solution with Legacy because Aspen Pines gave us the run around. Our entire move out process violated every KY law that is supposed to protect renters; providing documentation that the renter is required to sign with the landlord, including any disputed damage, allowing us to walk through to inspect damage and providing a copy of the pre-move in inspection, and none of that happened.
