I came here for two different types of imaging and I had great experiences both times, from the front desk to the check in person to the low wait time and the great radiology technicians. All were friendly, kind, and professional and I haven't had any issues so far.

I was sent here by a pediatrician for my 4 month 20 day old baby. I had to go through one side of the hospital to check in and security then walk to the other side for the imaging so security again. Once in the room, we had two people perform the ultrasound with a HUGE ultrasound transducer (think the hand held wand they use). There ARE pediatric ultrasound transducers so why was one not used?! Yep, equally bad experience like everyone else. People on the phone at this facility are rude and unhelpful, and they have trouble finding basic information. I understand that the current landscape of health insurance in this country is basically a capitalist-driven hell scape, but Emanual employees could do better with their customer service.

Same thing. I wfas transfered over from good Sam imaging for earlier appointment and was told I needed separate referral for new appointment. Set appointment to have it on books while tried to get new updated Referral' from my clinic. Old Towne clinic seems to have no real world, real tine concept of patient scheduling load of refered specialist appointments. Still waiting for updated REFERAL' on morning of new APPOINTMENT!!!!!! ’

I had multiple encounters with the imaging department, while I was in Emanuel’s care for 21 days. I had multiple X-ray, two CT’s and two mri’s. Only once did I encounter the rudest, unhelpful, unsympathetic tech (Heather). Her and her colleague got their asses handed to them, because I refused to be treated so poorly and also lied too, when I was in such extreme pain.
