This place should be a last resort. On move in day, I didn't have a chair or a rod for a shower curtain. The management at the leasing office doesn't tell the employees there anything, so they look stupid. I paid an extra hundred dollars a month for the gate, but it would stay open for weeks at a time. Very affordable and nice student apartment. Best part is the close proximity to the campus.

Love this place! Recommend to every NSHE student. Affordable, but thin walls. Right next to campus.

Lived here for 3 and a half years. Staff was always very rude and uncooperative, would give you the run around and lie about policies if they didn't actually know the answer. Very unsafe area of town, constant break-ins and violent homeless degenerates in the area. It was very affordable as a student, but honestly it was so unsafe as a resident.
