We talked to several law firms before deciding on Legacy to help me and my husband set up our trust. From the start, Legacy felt like the right choice—both price-wise and in terms of how comfortable we felt talking to Chuck. I love chuck, but the office response is incredibly slow and very much customer-driven and painful. A typo was made to my documents and not corrected or refunded. I had to call IRS and Dept of Rev to fix on my own and pay fees, and I still don’t have my documents completed months later. I shouldn’t have paid in full and up front. I should have paid after receiving a quality product. If this gets remedied I will update my review and stars.
