DO NOT BUY CHRISTMAS TREE FROM THEM .The tree is not fresh cut as promised by their company, you can even see the old saw cut healed over. It is several weeks old. The tree is dry (no sap), no scent of pine, and needles dropping already, like a tree would be after Christmas. Customer service nonexistent Still waiting for reply. But they've got our easy money why should they care! I will not be using this company again!! One doesn’t mind paying more for a premium service. They refused to answer phone calls or emails .

I called Legacy to schedule a time to go over some options for my driveway. They said they would come out on a tuesday. Tuesday comes and no one shows up or calls. I call them and they tell me they had no record of the appointment and will have someone out tomorrow. Same thing again, no one shows up or calls the next day. After that, the following day (2 days after they were supposed to originally be there) someone shows up un-announced and says they are here for a quote.
