Had an appt for a blood draw and was checked in on time for it - waited 45 minutes for my name to be called. Guess having an appointment is useless. Tech who drew my blood was fine once I was finally seen.
If you're forced to use Labcorp, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! No specimen tubes were wiped clean, and are they stored in open air. After cleaning the draw site, the phlebotomist continued to touch the site with a contaminated glove. During the process, a man walked into the room and said, "look who's still alive!". He could have been talking to the other employee, but it is not a nice thing to hear after a long hospital stay where staying alive is a concern. Yes. I did add an extra 1 star review from my other account. The experience was really that bad.
Did not do all of the tests ordered by my doctor. This resulted in having to make another hour-long drive to do it all over again, as I live very far away from the city.
Did a semen analysis. They didn’t process in the allotted time and then tried to blame me for not delivering refrigerated despite extremely specifically telling me it needed to be kept warm.
