This lab is a JOKE!!!! I waited over and hour even after they opened from lunch. I had a scheduled appointment but called to see if I could walk in during my lunch hour. The receptionist told me yes, never mentioned that they closed for lunch. Their signed said they open back at 130. I was here at 130 then the sign changed to 145. I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years and NEVER have I been so frustrated in a medical office! NEVER GO THEIR! I'm calling to speak to their supervisor as well.

Cari at this location is an absolutely wonderful person! 💯 She truly seems to care and treats you very professionally. I would come back to this location just because of how well she took care of me and got me in and out in no time.

90 minutes waiting for a blood draw when waiting room was barely populated. It's hard to come to such a dysfunctional operation like this when a provider's in-house lab services are so much more efficient and competent. Avoid this place if you have a job to return to, unless you plan for your entire morning to be seated in their waiting room wondering if anyone is even working.

Unfortunately the white receptionist is racist because I notice she did not thank me like the other non black patrons even though I was more polite than them when I left. They erased my last review instead of try to improve. While everyone else acted professionally, the receptionist chose to act racist.

Took my daughter to this location for blood drawn and everything was going very smooth . I checked in trough a link. Over the phone when this appointment was scheduled I was told that no paperwork was needed to be seen. I was told differently at the desk when they requested proof of insurance (I explained what I was told over the phone when I scheduled the appointment and the person helping us handed me a form to sign just in case).
