Came here for bloodwork, not only could they find my order for panels quickly, the tech was so kind to me and my husband. Very clean, easy check in, works quickly with insurance, easy to pay with HSA. Great experience overall, including convenient parking and easy to find inside of the building.

Promise is an EXCELLENT phlebotomist! I've become an unwilling connoisseur of blood draws between cancer treatment and the Type 2 diabetes the treatment gave me, and when we came here to get my son's blood draw I Paid Attention. Promise checked in with him, used the baby needle when she heard how nervous he was (severe fear of needles) and that it was his first blood draw, and even put a heat pack on the inside of his elbow to encourage the vein to dilate, all while gently hyping my son up, telling him he could do this and h... read more

I would rate it zero if that was a possible rating. They don't value anyone's time. Rude and disrespectful. Technician made me wait intentionally. Only drew one patient's blood in 20 mins. The patient went in and out in a minute and then the technician was just hanging out inside for another 15 mins.. and even after waiting for this long she didn't take me in but wanted to check in other people who came after me. Very nice people, and no wait. But they told my provider that they "didn't have enough of a sample to run the tests". So NONE of the tests were run. I watched as TWO FULL VIALS of my blood were drawn and labelled! So now I have to make another appointment. Fast for 12 hours again. And take time out of my schedule to make up for their incompetence.

You should probably let people know when they schedule an appointment at your location that your facility is closed for drug screenings. It would be a huge inconvenience if people moved their mornings to show up for their appointment, only to be greeted by a sign on the door that says you’re closed. No wonder ya’ll have less than a three star rating.
