Very nice people, and no wait. But they told my provider that they "didn't have enough of a sample to run the tests". So NONE of the tests were run. I watched as TWO FULL VIALS of my blood were drawn and labelled! So now I have to make another appointment. Fast for 12 hours again. And take time out of my schedule to make up for their incompetence.

You should probably let people know when they schedule an appointment at your location that your facility is closed for drug screenings. It would be a huge inconvenience if people moved their mornings to show up for their appointment, only to be greeted by a sign on the door that says you’re closed. No wonder ya’ll have less than a three star rating.

Online says they do drug screenings. Referral partners say they do drug screenings. Their own frickin answering machine says they do drug screening. Spoiler alert - they don't do drug screenings. Excuse me while I go next door to Krispy Kreme to eat my rage away...

Sometimes the wait time is kind of long if they have a lot of patients, but the lady (Cari?) that does the sample collection is very nice and informative. She makes the visit less stressful.

I made an appointment for a drug test so I could be on medication for ADHD and they said my doctor didn't exist the phone number wasn't in the system it didn't match then they told me my test needed to be lab work which lab work to me is blood and I'm doing urine.. the staff isn't very friendly they're very just business only, they don't greet you when you come in and they don't thank you when you leave don't expect friendly service folks they aren't that type of people
