Not sure exactly what it is about this place, but thank goodness they have nice phlebotomists who don't shake. Your wait time is astronomical, even if you have an appointment and the scary 'they lost my labs the last time' stories in the waiting room. Wth? I'll go Only if I've no choice.
The nurse( older women)flat out said to my face she is the only one working and can’t do my glucose test. This is very unprofessional and more over I have had to cancel all my clients 2 weeks in advance to come to this lab. Very unreliable location. Pick another more professional and realiable location if you have to change your plans ( business wise) to do lab work. Complete waste of my time.
Worthless middlemen. I’ve been trying to get a test done for two weeks and I was sent to this location. I tried calling to verify, of course you can’t reach an actual person that works here, but you can talk to an offshore call center that assures you that you can do the test here. When you show up, they of course tell you they don’t do it and to go somewhere else.
Came here for bloodwork, not only could they find my order for panels quickly, the tech was so kind to me and my husband. Very clean, easy check in, works quickly with insurance, easy to pay with HSA. Great experience overall, including convenient parking and easy to find inside of the building.
I would rate it zero if that was a possible rating. They don't value anyone's time. Rude and disrespectful. Technician made me wait intentionally. Only drew one patient's blood in 20 mins. The patient went in and out in a minute and then the technician was just hanging out inside for another 15 mins.. and even after waiting for this long she didn't take me in but wanted to check in other people who came after me.
