Sometimes the wait time is kind of long if they have a lot of patients, but the lady (Cari?) that does the sample collection is very nice and informative. She makes the visit less stressful.

I made an appointment for a drug test so I could be on medication for ADHD and they said my doctor didn't exist the phone number wasn't in the system it didn't match then they told me my test needed to be lab work which lab work to me is blood and I'm doing urine.. the staff isn't very friendly they're very just business only, they don't greet you when you come in and they don't thank you when you leave don't expect friendly service folks they aren't that type of people

This lab is a JOKE!!!! I waited over and hour even after they opened from lunch. I had a scheduled appointment but called to see if I could walk in during my lunch hour. The receptionist told me yes, never mentioned that they closed for lunch. Their signed said they open back at 130. I was here at 130 then the sign changed to 145. I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years and NEVER have I been so frustrated in a medical office! NEVER GO THEIR! I'm calling to speak to their supervisor as well.

Cari at this location is an absolutely wonderful person! 💯 She truly seems to care and treats you very professionally. I would come back to this location just because of how well she took care of me and got me in and out in no time.

90 minutes waiting for a blood draw when waiting room was barely populated. It's hard to come to such a dysfunctional operation like this when a provider's in-house lab services are so much more efficient and competent. Avoid this place if you have a job to return to, unless you plan for your entire morning to be seated in their waiting room wondering if anyone is even working.
