I've lived at this property for around 6 years and seen it go through 3 management companies. This last management company has been the best, THOUGH their communication is very poor and they always have excuses. If you have a major problem expect to go back and forth for a good amount of time. You have to physically go down there angry to show that you mean business before action is done.
