Been in twice. First visit they weren't very welcoming. Tried them again to have some jewelry repaired on the second visit. Half my jewelry was fixed other half said they couldn't do. One item I had fixed was a ring. Needed a new stone setting. I told them I wanted the old setting back for my scrap gold pile. Been a few weeks now and I never got it back. They lost my 18k gold 22" necklace. They said they gave it to my 15-year-old son. He never received it nor do they have any documentation showing he did or even camera footage that they have presented to us. So we have no other choice but to seek legal action. I received this necklace from my wife as a wedding present 28 years ago. Don't trust them!
I took in 2 necklaces before Christmas to have them repaired. The repair person was supposedly off for surgery. I came back after Christmas and they were still not repaired. I have called several times, left messages and now I always get a busy signal. I went in there a few weeks ago and the older man took my ticket to pick up the necklaces. I paid $140 for the repair.
