If I could leave negative stars I would. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company prior to my auto insurance renewal. They didn't write back to any of my emails, return any of my calls but they want to keep their name written on my policy. The lack of customer service and negligence is insane. DO NOT give them any business. Do not use this agency. Assigned agent was unresponsive . Over a week waiting for a answer to a question . Only after I called back in and complained she finally contacted the correct part of American national . Rates are extremely high. Iwas able to get same coverage with Farmers for 1800 dollars a year less.
I was with legacy for many years and they used to be great. Over the last year or two the office has fallen apart. Mike Payne the owner was my primary agent. He pushed me off to Syrianna. All of the sudden I had an approximate 47% increase in insurance. I left Legacy because of their sheer incompetence. another agent told me there was a report showing a lapse of coverage for my wife.
