I recently had a claim and you have a pretty bad Customer Service. Startin with the individuals taking the Claim and the worst was my Adjuster Stephanie Suarez. If you want to make your business grow, star with Customer Service, Stephanie was not giving all the information she needed to closed my claim, I had to take the words out of her mouth to find out what it was she needed and I did all the leg work to closed my claim.
