Buyers beware. I bought my house in 2020 before Covid. We got it moved in March 3rd. I took pictures of everything that was wrong. From the crappy job they did blocking up. Had center blocks leaning. To all the issues with in the home. Covid hit they claimed do to restrictions I would have to wait till the came out and fixed it. How is it you can payoff a home and 3 vehicle's. Have a new truck financed and a RV . But this company wants 15% down. Never been late on any of your home or vehicle payments. Make it make since. This does not make sense to me.
This company is the worst nightmare that We ever had. They do not answer emails, calls, they do not care about the fact that you paid for the house in GOOD CONDITIONS. I wish I can do something for them to take responsability.
I bought my home in 2024 moved in it at the end of November sent pics for repairs to be finished inside and have about 70 emails trying to get these fixed. The people are very rude never answers you questions I have same problems like everyone else does. My son had to go around and tighten up all the hoses on the sinks they didn't tighten the hose on the water heater so I had a leak and didn't know it til it kept shutting my breaker off and when they removed the panel there was mold on the bottom of it.its sad you all take a... read more
