The most horrible experience I’ve been through in my life with Security jerk named Glenn. It was pouring raining. My husband had a procedure. They decided he had to stay over in hospital. Staff was great, but I came in to bring him some supplies from the pouring rain. I was not prepared because we did not expect him to stay overnight. He asked me to bring him a couple of books and a Rubiks cube. I had a water bottle for me as I would be there very long. They put bloody bloody pressure cuff on me, they also tried to put the fresh bloody pulse oxi on my finger, I left and drove to another ER
Be careful how much help you ask for. Patient bedside manner and basic respect have been thrown out the door, and staff look the other way for each other. NEVER have I felt so unsafe in an ER, let alone a nurse. I get compassion fatigue, but this was something completely different and out of line. That ER nursing team is a liability.
This Hospital Emergency Room has to be checked on and maybe have some of the doctors and nurses be taught some manners. They really are just practicing medicine and haven't learned how to treat patients with respect. If you want to get better don't go to LEGACY MOUNTAIN
