I can't say I had a good experience with this group. I hope they fix the issues I had with them, and it won't happen to another family. With that said, I did have some ok interactions with a few of the staff, and that is why I gave a 2. Over all NO I would NOT use them for another loved one. I changed my rating to a 1, and they wouldn't let me give a 0 or minus.
