Legacy hospice jumped in and immediately started helping with my mother in law, they had equipment needed there the day it was ordered, providing all kinds of support and help with things they could control. People need to understand hospice is about accepting death not preserving life. Thank you Denise, Rebeca, Holly, and all the other hospice employees who helped us along the way.
This company is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all. Have called them to speak with a supervisor which they tell us they will have one call and no one ever calls back. The on call absolutely has no clue about anything. When we first started Hospice we set to have some one come every other day which has been over a week since some one has came.
