My experience with legacy homes was better than my previous 2 houses. The realtor who helped me is Josh McAlister. They were quick and efficient with all responses and helped get what I needed for the house. They noticed the lawn was dead before closing and replaced the entirety of the lawn. I recommend legacy homes for these reasons.

Getting ahold of legacy’s warranty team (not really a team it’s like one girl) is a nightmare. 1. Breakers were popping and door knobs were falling off all the time with in the first few months. Breakers were fixed by warranty but my husband fixed all doorknobs 2. Attic access wasn’t installed correctly so the whole framing for it fell off. They used screws that were too short. Just lazy. 3.
