This company says you get what you pay for. What a joke. I guess the joke is on the buyer.
I have lived at this house on Headen Ln one of legacies new developments. These houses are garbage. Don't buy them. Save yourself or you will regret it. Cheap labor and cheap quality. This is a terrible location also. Buy a used house. They're built 10 times better. This is a horrible place.
Description of complaint: I purchased my home in June of 2022. Within the first year there has been were several issues that occurred within the builders warranty period. I have tried to get in contact with Legacy homes multiple times by email and phone calls and voicemails to have these issues resolved. However; there has/had been no communications to address any of the issues presented. My neighborhood is also experiencing these issues as well with the Legacy Builder. David Ali was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable of Legacy Properties in depth. And was able to answer all questions. We were able to discuss potential concerns. And with his feedback, come up with possible solutions.Overall, my wife and I were satisfied with this process. #RTR David!
Our home is 2.5 years old and we have horrible yard drainage problems see attached video. Our backyard and sides of the house are literally small ponds which have brought us mosquitoes and frogs! It's horrible! We wasted our life savings on the home.
