Construction in this neighborhood is highly aesthetic, with the fake shutters and 2" by 4" framing. It's average for the area and surely a great starter home for families looking to move into the area. Land around Huntsville is a relatively stable investment, and given the area, Abbington tends to build in quiet areas. My wife and I were looking around Virtue Way, and we decided against it.
